All you have to do is go back into entries and modify them all to be 'friends only'.

I would go through all your entries and copy the dates, so you can do it all at the same time.

Or I'll do it for you, I can make you a friends only sign.

To make it friends only from now on you click the "..." next to "update journal" and then go down to security and change it from 'public' to 'friends'.
