Alright. I have hover credits in my personal journal, just look @ the bottom of my userinfo. I don't let random people look @ my credit journal because all my graphics & blinkies that people made for me are in there! Brokenlette can see my credit journal, because she's made blinkies for me. You haven't, that's why your not on the friends list.
