oh update.
i have this sick feeling. like my stomach and heart is exploding. i can't breathe.
all i can do right now is cry im in so much pain.
this is the worst one ever. it wont go away!
PA is becoming worse...again.

ugh, anxiety attacks.
i get those too, but i'm self diagnosed.
i just ASSUME that's what they are for me because it seems to make sense.

i know the doctor was all like imformative.
