i hate seeing doctors.. they make me feel like some snotty nosed teenager who's looking for compassion.. which is essentially what i am.
Maybe i don't have something wrong with me
maybe i'm actually okay.

that was honestly one of the scariest things i have ever done..
i couldnt tell the difference between reality.. and what i was imagining.
Everything had another dimension to it and it spun.
food felt stuck in my thoat.
I felt panicy.
It was horrible.
When it first hit i was on the couch,
but i dont know how i got on the couch.. and it scared me.
