my scale said 136 but i don't believe it. my scale is so fucked up, it's annoying as hell.

i'll weigh myself tomorrow and see if it's better :(

ok. so i just read all of your journal entry things and i have got to tell you... we are going thru very similar things. i am 140 at highest and 130 at the lowest. i want to badly to be back at 130! (right now i am at the high end)
i am very new to this whole thing but i think that this website is going to help. it is nice to talk to others that fee like i do.
so, do you have an suggestions for a beginner? a little bit about me is that i never eat breakfast or lunch but then i have a major feast at dinner. see, i will be trying to not eat at all for the day but then after ballet class i get so hungery that i lose control and eat nonstop. i'd guess that i eat 2,000 calories somedays just from 5-10pm! so what do i do to stop? i want to be thin!!!
