It's a show, actually American, for kids. Airs on Nick. It's supposed to make kids want to excercise and whatnot. I know this because it was on once when I was sick and out of reading material. I will never watch it again. It's the creepiest show I've seen in... a long long time. The guy without the mustache wants the town to remain lazy, the guy with the mustache has a ballon and wants people to exercise, the girl in pink lives in the town and calls the ballon guy whenever evil guy has a plot. Oh, and did I mention the rest of the towns inhabitatants look like this:
