If the Newsletter clearly states that the craft is for ages 4 and up that means "F-O-U-R and Older" Not 3 1/2 or "He'll be four in 6 weeks. I don't care if Junior is so damn crafty that he popped out of the womb sewing his own baby quilt and wearing a onsie he knit himself! (Sorry, raging PMS)

Saw the Dr. today and not only have I hit the 75lbs lost mark, but she took me off of my blood sugar and blood pressure meds as well. Yippeeeee!
