Who: Capes and associates / tag-alongs.

Where: Infernal Train: Car/Compartment 11
Summary: The Capes set up a substitute HQ in one of the train compartments. Random rendezvous between the Capes and whoever is tagging along with them.

A mutual agreement has been made to take one of the train compartments as a substitute HQ. The train seems to be the only real safe place to do so. Strategically, it's also ideal as it passes through all the areas.
The chances are, unless they plan a rendezvous, the compartment will be empty. Still, to have a base is convenient and makes them a little more organized.
And in a place like Wonderland, organization is everything.
This week, though, they have a nasty experiment to contend with - one determined to interfere with communication.
