I haven't really talked to the wizards here. I was told about them though. I think they can help you with your glasses most likely.

No. I'm not. But I've worked with many people who we consider metahumans.

I mean, it's just what it sounds like--magic birthed from the inscription of runes. I usually carry a marker around so that I can make them--not really useful around the house, but pretty damn cool regardless.

I think the collars have been doing that. When I got into a fight, they tried to break my legs via magic, but it only caused pain. I'm assuming even the normal collars inhibit any special powers.
