[The orange cat in his lap leaps off as he straightens, not uncrossing his legs, to give an apologetic smile; one hand gestures illustratively to the blood-lines on his shirt.] I'd get up to greet you, but you see. So! This is Teekl, my cat. Teekl, this is Alex, who helped greatly in looking for you, you troublesome thing. You'll be polite to him.

... Teekl, a pleasure. [Though, he's talking to a cat; his attention goes back to the one that is actually bleeding.] I should call a medic, or at least wrap these wounds before this gets worse.

A medic would be helpful, but there seems to be a great deal of distraction this week with the---[He nods towards the common room, where the now-replaced television is blaring away merrily once more.] And such. Besides, as long as my draaga is here, the worst is past. Something to help clean the wounds, though, that would be good. Are such things kept here in the facility?

Excuse me for a moment, then. [He ducks out of the room and if the two listen, they'll hear the television being turned off. The sound comes back however, and the sound is interrupted almost immediately, something breaks.
Alex comes back in with two towels - one looks a bit damp.] Used your sink.
