I guess I wouldn't know. I don't generally sleep in the same bed as a speedster. Although I heard it's convenient when it's cold since they can generate so much heat. But I've only been told that.

Ha, don't do it if you ever get the chance. Trust me. You know how active they are during the day? It's the same at night. They tend to be clingy in my experience. They're always moving too and when they move the pull you with them. They also tend to talk in their sleep. And breathe in your ear. [What is this conversation?]

I'm glad that I was best friends with a speedster and not dating them or anything. I enjoy cuddling, but I do appreciate having sleep when I can get it. Hah, does he say anything interesting in his sleep? [It's a beautiful conversation and you know it.]

It's not a terrible thing, except for the sleeping part. [Dating a speedster, she means] Not usually. It's mostly just nonsense. Though there was this one time where he was mumbling about a unicorn that was pretty well worth staying awake.

Well, he's my best friend. But we wouldn't be able to handle dating each other I'm sure. It would end terribly, that's for sure. [Ahhh speedsters.] Hah! Unicorns? Have you told him about it. Maybe he can tell you what it's all about.

I don't really blame you. I've only ever met two speedsters but I'm definitely noticing a pattern with them. It takes a lot of work to handle them. [She laughs a bit. Oh Tommy, nothing is sacred] I told him and he promptly denied having ever even thought about unicorns. He said something ridiculous about being manly and I don't even know.

In my friend's defense, I seriously can't think of having a better friend. But, hey. I guess speedsters can't help but he how they are sometimes. [Snickers a bit.] I think unicorns can be very manly. [Shut up Dick.] But, I guess he's trying to be the macho type of manly.

They can't. I've learned that it's best to just accept all their little quirks and roll your eyes at the ones you can't. And that depends on what color the unicorn is. I'm pretty sure Tommy would be dreaming about a pink one. That's definitely the type of manly he's trying to be. He regularly fails at it though.

I think pink unicorns can very much be manly. [Can you believe a guy who's laughing way too much while he says that?] I don't see why he has to do that. Macho isn't the only type of manly.

They could be. It just depends. [Oh Dick, this is the strangest conversation] Because he's Tommy. That is the reason for everything he does. Tommy is Tommy. It's better to just accept him for who he is and try to keep him from blowing up other people's property.

I guess so. But I think they can be manly. But I probably am the last guy to say that. [Only Dick would have conversations about this.] Haha. I can believe it. But hey, I like Tommy as Tommy. Even if Tommy doesn't like Tommy. I wouldn't let just anyone leave a speedster shape bruise on me after all.

Tommy...has weird moods sometimes. I guess it's a speedster thing, who knows. But I like him as him too. Even if he doesn't always believe that. He may be annoying but...I've gotten used to it. He's perfect the way he is. I wouldn't want him to change.

He does seem to not think that he's capable of emotions and that people aren't capable of liking him. But I think he also can't help but have us around.

It's alright. I bring the sappy out of everyone. But Tommy thinks he needs to change to fit your ideal Kate. [They talked about this before.]

You have no idea. He constantly insists that he has no emotions. He's a liar but I usually just let it slide.

...He doesn't. I don't have an ideal. The only thing I want is for him to be a little less sociopathic and that's only so people will stop treating him like he's dangerous. I don't want to change his personality. I just want him to stop thinking violence solves everything.

He's said it to me a few times to. I guess it's hard to get over it for him.

Maybe you should talk to him Kate. I mean, I'm so dead when he finds out I said things, but you aren't the type to lie to his face like that. Maybe he needs to be constantly reminded why you chose him.
