action. WHY. faultlessconJune 23 2011, 02:51:49 UTC
[Alex has been actually under his bed, fixed his room up after the incident. The 'berry is across from him but when he hears it he turns an eye away, crosses his arms best as he can under the space. He hears his name.
Needless to say, he's opening the door to the suite across from his and not knocking on the door this time.]
No--no, no, no--I don't want to be here next week, I can't be here-- [Fine yesterday, panicking today.] --I can't be here, my-my family, I have to go home!
[Please don't do this, please don't be doing this Tim, not Tim- Tim.] ... Think of it this way.
[A pause to gather himself.] You won't be here next week, this will be over for you. The Tim that was here before you - he'll be here, and I don't think he'll appreciate you rifling his stuff.
[It helps. It really does. You wouldn't be able to tell that by the way that he just sort of lays down on the clear area of the floor. It does help. A little.]
[Alex joins him there by taking a seat beside him, knees pulled up.]
These are the notes of the Tim who was here - not yours. [Treating them like the same person doesn't yield a good reaction, and he's not in the mood to get aggressive, so here he'll go.] Three more days, that's all you have to go through.
[And then maybe he can keep him at arm's distance again, because this is scaring him.]
and then I said FUCK IT, HAVE SOME TEARSredripoffJune 23 2011, 16:12:44 UTC
[Good luck keeping him at arm's length just now though. Tim curls in a little, one hand finding the hem of Alex's and just wrenching into it. The other knots into his own hair, arms shielding his face such that he can cry in front of this complete stranger and sort of pretend that Alex won't notice. Normal-Tim would be just mortified. To be honest, this Tim is a little bit mortified too.]
AWKWARD TIMES, NEXT WEEK. Stay tuned.faultlessconJune 23 2011, 22:28:25 UTC
[He's about to tear his hand away at the contact but he does the grave mistake of turning to look over. Brows furrowed, he's quiet and just turns himself to face the other. It'll be awkward, but he's reaching over towards the bed to grab the pillow. Shoving it towards the other, he turns his head the other way, keeps his hand where it is, more confused now.]
Needless to say, he's opening the door to the suite across from his and not knocking on the door this time.]
. . . Catching up?

[And then, oh god, I hope you were ready for shaking.] Alex? This--this stuff-- [The papers in his hands crinkle and kink.]

You're going to regret that next week, I think.

Come on, it's no good for you to stay here.

[It's a lie, he knows that but. What can he do?]
