[From the sounds and the darkness, one's best bet for this feed is somewhere around the train. It's most likely inside the car instead of the platform from how the video trembles, jerks back and forth. Clenching the communicator in his hand, Alex realizes the consequences he could be facing with how late it is and the fact that the train won't show

[He's up--the train doesn't allow him to sleep well and honestly, he's not been far from a certain someone's side since the incident happened the other day. It's keeping him alert but when he see's the feed, he steps away from car and out into a quieter section quickly, turning on the device--hoping one of the Capes has found their way already.] Alex?

Alex, where are you? Is someone coming to you? [There is concern in his voice.]

[He's gotta win something with a curse like he has now.] Don't worry--I don't want you killing over on me or anything.

I'd like to keep you in one piece.

[It's not that bad! .. Bad being used very lightly.] I don't plan to, don't worry.

How's your time in the car been?

[Bad should never be used very lightly.] Good.

It's been alright--I've gotten to see a great deal of things come through here, so at least I can say it is interesting.

You sure about that? Was going to ask if I could book a day with you for our 'buddy-system' plan.

[A small smile and he gives up for a moment with the whole texting thing, replying despite his much more mild consequence comparative to the others.] You know I'm always up for that.

Long as I don't talk, I think we'll be fine. [He gives a shrug and the corners of his lips tug up for a moment.]

You talking at me's awful odd, if I can say that.

[He gives the other a wary glance before replying as well--back to text.] How is it odd?

I feel like a mute, almost. [He sighs - that's not aggravating the vocal chords! There's a shrug now.]

Could just be me over-thinking.

It's better for you to be a mute for a week than to die from all that blood, Alex. [He arches an eyebrow then holds out the device once more after typing the message.]

So keep your mouth shut, yeah?

How do we know it's not someone else's blood? This place could be that twisted_ [And Alex is deleting that entire sentence because that's pretty bad, even for him. Instead he throws his hands up and nods.]

Fine, but if I talk then I was provoked.

[Watching the other throw his arms up he laughs quietly.] You're easily provoked then.

I won't deny that. [A shrug.]
