He didn't mind the collar much for now, he'd been treated as zoo animal before.
...A few quick experiments though, reveal he has got some of his powers, but not all of them. Or at least not to his usual degree. He knew Kryptonite could kill him by being near him, and red sun's light could take away all of his powers... but partially? This was new.
So the situation might be slightly more worrying than what he had assumed at first.
He turns the faciliberry on after a while, he's always been good with electronics.]
