Well it's that time on a monday, where I've done everything I can be bothered to do for the morning (ie I've had at least 2 coffee's, chatted to people, and done about 5 seconds of work) I'm not killing time until I can justifiably take a break and have lunch

to hyper link you just type 'lj username="mixnmojo"' only instead of the '' you use < & >.

It's all in the FAQ along with some other stuff like hiding text behind a cut and stuff.

Hey, I'm a software engineer, I don't read 'FAQ's I just make it up as I go along and complain when it doesn't work the way I want it. Infact it's an integral part of my job as a tester, screw what the doc says, if I don't like it it's a bug...

I did testing when I was a software developer and that sounds scarily familiar.
Stupid programmers, why doesn't it work EXACTLY how I wanted it to!

In fact I have even submitted the suggestion through the suggestions scheme to make it work the way I want it. but somehow it's less satisfying having to call it a 'suggestion' and not a 'usability defect'

I read of the adventures of fia5co and wonder how he has the energy

Sugar and caffeine mainly. Slimelight involved about a million cans of redbull and it now takes me two weeks to recover properly, getting old see :)

I kept going by buying about four cans of cider at once and then drinking them.
Also by focusing my pure unadulterated contempt for every person there who didn't speak to me into a ball of burning hate energy buried deep within my core that slowly dissapates throughout the night.

I'll admit to relying on redbull for the drive to Portsmouth afterwards though. That and a big bottle of water to occaisionally throw in my face.
I wonder if it would have worked better if I had undone the lid first?...
