GO GO GO! We're watching, horrified, from Canada and thinking 'there but for the grace of God go I'. Do everything you can. The man is a nightmare and must be stopped.

One of my husband's cousins is moving to Canada as we speak (his wife was born there.) It might be seen as cowardly but I can't blame him...

Not cowardly. Everyone is going to handle this new and frightening situation as best they can. Not everyone is a fighter and if they have a way in (Canadian spouse) you can't blame them for simply trying to make a peaceful life for themselves. But those who stay and fight have our full support.

They're also leaving because they currently live in Dallas and because of climate change, it's getting unbearably hot there. Each year it's gotten worse.

I was sickened when I saw Trump's response. Sickened and enraged. Pneumonia has been killing my political boner so I'm not hitting up meetings any time soon but I'm trying to stay informed and will hopefully do something productive any minute now :/
