i don't really care about panic!'s new album. i do care about how they're giving it out. i mean, three new songs before an official single is out? and they aren't telling us anything new about it on their journal? at least on the journal, they tell it like it is. in interviews, not as much. everyone just wants a damn album, but i'll try and be patient. keep your fingers crossed and hope it will be epic.
i don't mind being patient. haha, normally i wouldn't care about the album this much, but if the next one is a sophmore slump, then we'll probably have to wait another forty years for their next one.
i'll most likely love whatever comes out though. just i'll like it a lot more if i can relate to it, you know?
i know. they just want the album to be perfect, maybe that's why we're still here with a fever you can't sweat out.
i don't think i'll ever relate to panic!'s songs. they're just too weird in the lyrics. and god knows when i'll be walking into a room seeing my boyfriend cheating on me. (i don't have a boyfriend, by the way.)
Let's go find Keltie and make her break up with him... XD I MISS THE ANGST. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT HOW IT'S NIGHT IN THE AFTERNOON IN THE ROOM WITH THE MOON AND THE EYES AND SHIT. GAH!
Really random comment, sorry, but you say that you want songs that you can relate to? With all due respect, their last album was basically about cheating, prostitutes, burlesque strippers, drunk relations etc. It was basically a work of fiction. It is far from something that is easy to relate to, well, apart from Camisado and Nails For Breakfast Tacks For Snacks... I find what has been released on the new album a whole lot easier to relate to than their old stuff...
But I dunno, I'm still really excited for their new album.
Like they said in one of their interviews, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out was a really young album, they'd only just gotten out of high school so obviously they are going to grow and move on and get into new well... notions and concepts. It's good because their audience was fairly young so they are able to grow with them in a way...

It's annoying me how they've basically released three songs but their album isn't coming out until early next year.
Lul, it's as if they're teasing us.
