Mistah J approves of this post.

And, for once, he is right.

It didn't, I just threw it in there to get a discussion going. :)

I don't actually think she is. Dini probably wouldn't have plotted out an entire arc for her just to do a swerve at the last minute, unless editoral was involved.

However, those who haven't been following Harley's arc since Tec #831 are probably going to assume that Selina is having some major problems with Harley and Ivy as a villianous duo - going by just the cover that is.

And on a different note, I'm still not sold on the art work for GCS, but I love the puffy vest.

No. She's always going to inhabit a grey area, that was a given. She was never going to be Wonder Woman which I'm glad about. She's not a character that works well at far ends of the spectrum.

Dini did say he wanted her out of Ivy's shadow as well as The Joker's. Best place to start when you think about it.

It was more or less stated from the get go that working relationship between the three was going to be antagonistic. Which is fun for a fair few issues, but there's got to be some level of civility in there otherwise the format is going to get stale pretty quickly.

I'm guessing this is where Holly will come in as far as Harley and Selina is concerned. As for Ivy goes I suppose it's really down to Dini how he wants to play it.

Oh my God, how did Selina get the Penguin's face?!

;)

Harley, you would wear a puffy vest. I love you.

Yeah, I don't read it as a "Batman is on her so Harley is evil"- it's Streets of Gotham, so new Batman, probably more suspicious of Harley. I was under the impression Streets of Gotham focused on Batman more as Gotham sees him, so it's interesting that we're going to given how Harley sees the new Batman first (unless she's just cameoing).
