1. Negi - yes but he's adorable. Peony - yes but he'll possibly take it reasonably well. Kamina - yes but he might get angry back and can take a lot of damage. Zetsubou - yes at all times.

2. Negi, Peony, Kamina - yes, and whatever you like as they're all vaguely aware of their canons and/or up to date. Zetsubou any time you like but he may do it back.

Okay... My characters are Bandou Mitsuru, Delirium, Yukimi, Dancy, Belphegor, Kirima Nagi, and Deidara. Blanket permission for Hitagi to attack anyone except DELIRIUM. Many of the above may retaliate, though, so be forewarned. Bel is especially dangerous to do this towards.
