Happy Easter! (2023)

Happy Easter to everyone who celebrates the occasion.

I was on my own and threw together a pork roast with fiddleheads, hash brown patties and  onion rings for supper. Cream puffs filled with whipping cream for dessert and a glass of Pinot Grigio to wash it down. The latter was a Christmas gift from my nephew.

Yum! And seeing fiddleheads brings memories flooding back of when we would all go as a family to pick them with my Godparents!

I sometimes wish I knew someone who foraged though with my present mobility issues, that wouldn't be likely to be that safe a walk for me. I'm a danger to myself even on 'level' city sidewalks.

Fiddle heads were recently in season but I used last year's crop. :)

No, I bought them at the grocery store.
