Thanks for your support with chapter 1! Sorry for the delay in updating - I was ill. To make up for it, I’m posting both chapters 2 and 3. I know some of this is sad now, but the story is just beginning, I promise it will be worth the wait!

Sorry I haven't had time to reply to your comments. RL has been in the way and yeah. Oh and don't worry about not reading my fic lol. I wouldn't want to impose it on anyone, it's a hell of a long read :P

Anyway, on to the update: I'm so glad you posted two parts! I think I would have died with just one! I loved Arthur and Merlin's interaction, it was perfect. And I honestly don't know how you're going to get them out of this: but I can't wait to find out! You really know how to make us sympathise with A/Mor... oh and I can't wait to see what Arthur does with that ring ;)

It's totally okay - I know how pesky RL is. Education/work/family etc. Actually I need that because too much time spent online makes my brain wilt, and I get sucked into fandom!world.

Thank you for that! Their interaction is truly the cornerstone of the show, so getting them right is important to me.

I don't want to spoil anyone, but I just keep saying that it will be worth it, and that I have a plan for our lovely couple. ;)

LOL, this was something I thought of and it cracked me up, because you just know Uther would chicken out and have Gaius give pubescent!Arthur "the talk". I can't imagine a better birth control!

Uther coughed awkwardly. “Arthur. You and Morgana, you haven’t..., er, you haven’t done anything, have you?”

“No, Father!” Oh dear God, this was not the type of conversation he wanted to be having with his father! It was bad enough that Uther had summoned Gaius to give Arthur a talk when he turned thirteen, about the urges of young men and the dangers of licentious ladies of the court. Hearing Gaius use words like “fornication” and “conception” had left Arthur scarred for years.

This is bloody brilliant! The concept really works for these two as it has a sense of realism. There interactions are also hilarious but so tender. And some of Morgana's retorts to Uther were so clever! I am quite happy that your Morgana still finds the ability to love and understand Uther as he does really love her, and want her to flourish. Overall it's witty, romantic, and fast paced!
