Does anybody know any kind of way to make the power cap...thing go away...even just a little?

I really don't like ending up in trees so much here...I miss having too much magic..

Is...is this Luceti? [He was under the impression that there was more than one village. In either case, someone hanging from a tree was a little peculiar. It wouldn't stop him from asking though.]
