some nice person devised an 9-week running exercise program to get you from being a couch potato (i.e. no running experience) to being able to run a 5k. i downloaded a series of podcasts that a guy made to go along with the program (he counts the intervals for you so you don't have to look at your watch), and i am going to try to stick with it.
i'm intrigued. is there a link to the program? i tried something like that last year and i could never get past the annoyance of tracking different time intervals. where did you the find the podcasts?
