Christmas in February?

I walked into my kitchen around 2 in the afternoon to make breakfast, then I looked out the window to see a Christmas tree completely lit up outside. My family never took the lights off our tree, we just put in on the deck in the backyard, assuming we'd get around to dismantling it eventually

it's funny because I remember your christmas tree being there last year too in feb-march and I'm sure this has been going on for years.
