Elmerfudruggins!

I thought I was doing better, honestly I did.

Lately the insomnia has been getting worse again. And the more tired I get, the harder it is for me to fall asleep. I'm also falling behind in my school schedule and... it's just been a chain reaction. I also had a bad dream. It's not helping me sleep any better.

have you tried sleep aids? i personally like Melatonine.

I tried melatonin before, but I couldn't really notice a difference.

However it's not as bad as I've seen it be before. It just kind of irked me I guess, because I had been doing well this year.
