We just had a "Storm Luna" it is completely a fandom thing --I didn't think the naming of storms is political. The Weather Channel (TM) is doing it is as a gimmick.

Well, according to several articles it supposedly has something to do with the weather channel trying to undermine the national weather service.

There were several excellent ones (Khan!) but I wouldn't trade my two~

It at least makes it easier to not be as grumpy. I had to re-scrape my car after work today because of the snow/freezing rain mix, but scraping my car while thinking "ahaha, oh Erik, you're such an angry snowstorm" is a lot nicer than just scraping my car. :P
