Jade was excited. So excited. The most excited possible!! It had been a couple weeks since she had seen Nepeta last for a multitude of reasons and now they were going to play again and that was the best thing. The best. Thing. She attempted to tidy up her (newly half-vacant) room, but since there was nothing to tidy up mostly she just kind of pretended to dust and kind of occasionally wistfully looked over at where Rose's bed had been before her termination.
Her present for her pal sat on her bed all nice and wrapped up in some green fabric from Venice, and Jade eventually sat down next to it too- she'd called Nepeta to come over a few minutes prior, but even now she was too excited to do much but just wait.
