Video game consoles and everything that goes with them have become nothing but a pain in the ass for those of us that don't do repairs.
I now have both an Xbox and Playstation 2 both in need of repairs and found out tonight that Gamestop no longer repairs any kind of console. Lovely.

Had a very good visit while watching my niece and nephew today.

Those game consoles are a big pain in the ass... We had two X-Boxes here and something went wrong with both of them, and they cost and arm and a leg to repair...If you cn get them repaired at all.

The guy at Gamestop says to start with the power cord since everything worked for a little bit after we replaced the hard drive on our own. I just don't get why all the sudden it went. Pain in the ass.

I'll go back to that site and see if I can get more info.

that's the exact problem I had with my xbox. power/electrical supply to the unit. it literally just died. apparently it happens a lot with xbox's. i went and traded it in for a refurbished xbox before I found the llama site, so i don't know if i would have been able to fix it on my own. gamestop gives you $30 back (even if the xbox doesn't work) so in the end the new xbox only cost me $100

i heard about the Sharks fan booing the canadian national anthem. i was going to email you about it. i mean i'm certainly no fan of nationalism either way, but that's just fucking rediculous.
