A lot has gone on recently. We were approved for a loan, so instead of renting another apartment, we'll be buying a house. Just waiting every single day for that W2 to come in so we can have our taxes filed and get our return for a down payment. I really don't want to be in this apartment anymore. Big congratulations on the loan approval. I understand what you mean about hating apartment living - but after six months of unemployment, our credit is so far trashed that an apartment is all we can even hope for. Good luck with the house hunting, that may prove to be the most stressful of all!
