This speaks for itself.

I forgot I had this one on my computer, and it’s kind of old and ill-proportioned, but I was thinking how terrifying the disciplinary committee would be if Kanda joined.

So there is this manga my friend’s boyfriend is in love with called “Saint Young Men” (聖お兄ちゃん or something like that), and I was looking at it when I was at his house with her. The premise is that Jesus and Buddha are in their twenties-ish and sharing an apartment in modern Tokyo, dealing with the trials and quirks of day-to-day Japanese life. They are basically a comedy duo. As a Christian myself, I am not quite sure how to feel about this series, but some of it is really very clever, and there are some pretty obscure references that get worked in (though I hear the scanlations are not very good.) Anyways, I present the archangels from volume 3 as they check their cellphone GPS setup. Clockwise from top left: Raphael, Uriel, Michael, and Gabriel. They are probably my favorite.

These are my friend’s OC’s, though she’s not on lj, so there is no point in linking her. She has the original anyways. Amauric is kind of a creepster (even if he’s hot) and has this unrequited thing for the story’s protagonist. Jossi is heartlessly realistic about the whole matter. They all live in, like, 12th century France. There are monks, too, but I didn’t draw them.

I am also slowly but surely getting around to birthday requests. xblackwingedx wanted Natsume Takashi from the series Natsume Yuujin-cho. I am not familiar with it, but she sent me reference pictures and ANN said it had to do something with spirits. Hopefully this is satisfactory! &hearts

Just to make sure, I still have pending birthday work for pollinia and am waiting for a request from tosshi. Plus one non-lj birthday request for the medieval France friend that may end up here, too, and Mukai Osamu for my sister. Have I missed anyone? I feel like I have, which is embarrassing.
