Best of luck in your new endeavors. You're lucky to able to follow your heart like that. Colorado's beautiful, what a great place to live.

What kind of volunteering do you want to do?

I'm looking into volunteering at Planned Parenthood (but their process is more involved than a job so we'll see how that pans out), a food bank, or maybe Habitat for Humanity. Something like those things. If I could find a kids charity, I'd do that as well.

Are you ready for winter in Colorado? They have this thing called snow I hear. I don't think I could go back to living where it snows.

I'm used to snow. I'm from Wisconsin originally so this is nothing. There is less snow here usually than there is in Wisconsin. Plus there are still 300 days of sunshine here which was really one of the best parts of LA. I just have to get used to driving in snow again. That will be the hard part.
