welp, i fixed all my scooter problems. i also researched iowa moped laws, and aside from the fact that i dont have a 5ft flag on it, im riding completely legally within the moped laws. every turn signal works now (although one is kind of dim) and my tailight lights up even when im not breaking so cop and coppette can suck my dick 2Night
