So I was innocently driving. An old black jeep, tries to turn into the left turning lane (illegal). Doesn't pay attention AT ALL. Hits me. I am pissed. Just a lot of bad scratches on the side of my car. But what I am mad about is, the guy didn't even stop. Hit and run? That would be illegal too
