Word Up will keep you occupied for some time if you like word games. Just set the threshold to 10 minutes instead of 3 :)

Angry birds I am assuming you piloted on an iPhone, but if not -- it's a classic.

While you're out -- go to Australia. Slowly, via Hawaii and Indonesia. You can't otherwise compensate for the long flight and several days of acclimatization.
