There's a great diff between being tactful and being bitchy and I'm sure u know it well. I'm sure will nv walk up to someone and tell him tt his face is so freaking "koyak" So tell me. is tt being blunt or being bitchy?

While being honest is a virtue. But one also have to put soft words or conditioners to honesty. Not to lie, but to make it easier for the opposite party to understand or interprete.

You dun want to end up misunderstood and the opposite party doesn't tell you his/her feelings cos they are still trying to access if you were tactless or just dead frank. Either will branch off into areas only his/her prespective of you can tell.
