they will say .. need to match the inflation to attract talents, so they can devise good policies and measures to minimise inflations for the citizens.
the best policies is to increase GST, increase minimum age of withdrawal, ERPs...

oh yes, use monetary awards to attract talent, since national education is not enuff to let them commit their talents by mere love for the country. no wonder they are puttin so much emphasis on national education these days
