Huh. Wouldn't know, never been, though I assumed it was much colder than that. 0°C (or 32°F, whichever unit you prefer) is freezing point, so it's highly probable we'll have snow again.

All one has to really know is that it either has really hot summers or really cold winters. Yakutia's the harshest out of all of them.
