Oh dear. I've heard about this and now it has happened to me. My email is currently sending spam willy nilly. Sorry to all recipients and hopefully it will go away shortly.
I shall do that asap. The other advice I have seen ranges from do nothing and it stops after a couple of days to gut the laptop. I am doing nothing for now.
