I have had the best past few nights. How have you all been? Have you started school yet, and if you have, what are your thoughts about it so far? I came home for the weekend and the first night out, I was hanging out with my girlfriend Katie, and ironically enough, I got a phone call from my friend Rachael from my school. She is visiting Austin

It's great to hear that school is going well for you. I have started and I was very aprehensive about the whole thing at first. But now I have adjusted so well. Me and Dayna are great room mates! Haha. Hope everything else is good.

Fine enough I guess, all things considered. School starts Thursday, which is awesome. Can't wait to get back, get my schedule fixed, maybe play guitar in the halls again, and see all the people I didn't get to see all summer. Been trying to write some new songs and whatnot. So, yeah, fine enough I guess.

I feel that way right now, that I just can't wait to get back. I've only been gone the weekend, but I want to be back at my school very badly, very soon. Summer was great, but mental progress is in order and I am ready for more.

How is the song writing going? I love writing, but haven't sat down and actually focused on it, or even let my mind run free with pen and paper. I need to do that again soon.

Song writing is going sub par, I've only written two songs after about two or three months or something of nothing. But I think I'm finally getting over my lyricist's block now, so some new material is definitely on the horizon.

Well, when you do write something, be sure to post it. I could always use a good read.

Writers block sucks. I have been climbing higher and higher on this massive tower of writers blocks. Hopefully something will come along. I have written two papers for school, so perhaps that is the beginning of the block?

Texas isn't all it's cracked up to be. There are no real seasons, as I have said before. However, Austin, now Austin is a great city. I'm jealous of your residence in New Hampshire, now that is a beautiful place to be.

Good luck with school, I'm sure everything will be great. I was very ready to hit the books this year. Yeah, let me know how it goes.

this is finally my senior year- i feel i should have graduated either last year or the year before but finally it is my turn. going back to school this year is not that bad as i only ahve on year left and i know this will be a year of fun and excitement and possibly romance(?)haha that sounds like a movie ad or something. uuggh gross. anyways it will be good to see people in my grade. BUT i will be at college most of the weekends to escape from this town*i miss you!lindz u r going to be very succesful in wutever u do~ so just keep on doing it* much love-hill

oh hillary! i miss you too. my sister is going through what you are going through, that she should have graduated earlier than she is. she has hung out with us and all of the people in my grade since she was in middle school. your senior year will be awesome, especially since you have friends in hs and in college, variety. i miss you tons, and cant wait to see you again. (ps you will find fun and hopefully romance. who cares if it sounds like a movie ad, we all want it, right?) i have news for you girl. i'll call you sometime in the next few weeks. i love you!
