I've been in a loony bin, because I had to detox and star rehab.

For those who don't know, I'm addicted to it.

But I'm off it now, and I want to be.

I'm happy for you... and frankly I'm proud of you. You told me this morning and I know i didn't make a big deal about it... But i was really happy to hear it man.

If you need anything at all just let me know. My cellphone was left in colorado, and that blows... but I'm usually with Kendra or at the house so if you need anything at all I'm here for ya man. This weekend we're drinking some of the homebrews if you want to chill...
