Yep. My one cold of the season has arrived. I'm not very congested but I could give Stevie Nicks a real run for her money. Even so, she needs a back-up singer, right? Yeah...this is one of those things that sneak up on you just when your immune system is taking a 2 minute break (damn you, Aunt Flo). Grrr... I took yesterday off. I feel

Hope you feel better, though, bud. Colds suck, and so does winter. You need many cats to keep you warm in bed. I would suggest a boy, but I think, on the whole, cats are more reliable in that and other capacities. And they're cheaper to feed.
Sounds like you're keeping busy- but if you get a chance, and want to visit even more fabulous cold, the spare room is available, and even comes with a bonus cat for bed-warming duties. And if you visit, we can get cannoli at Mike's.
Oh! You do realize that when you move in, you will have to have a mad crazy housewarming party, right? I will bring you booze and the most obscure piece of yuppie kitchen gadgetry I can come up with. Haven't you always wanted a strawberry-huller?
