Yes, the game you are thinking of is Talisman. Was out of print for a long while, but I believe a new edition has recently been released.

Fluxx is one of my all time favorites. RoboRally is on my list of games to get eventually. Guillotine is lots of fun if you only play every once in a while, but it gets stale quickly if you play too much.

I think Munchkin is okay. Another fun card game (by the makers of Fluxx) is Chrononauts. I've played Gloom a few times and that seems kinda cool.

I have got a RoboRally opportunity this Saturday (go Twonky!), but suspect I will be unavailable to go. :(

I see my retirement, in the Old People's home, they will be playing bingo, and bridge,...while me and my aged buddies will be playing Roborally, PenDragon, AD&D (version 1 or 2), and Talisman......

Oooh, what's PenDragon?

And you have to come to GenCon Oz.

We stayed up 'til 1 am playing games last night!
