Connor and I had finished the conversation we were going to have for the most part I think. There wasn't much else to say right now. It was time for he and I to head on over to see Buffy.. and possibly Wesley.

Just as I was about to say something to Connor about leaving, I heard the door open. Looking up to the door, I saw Cordy and Gunn walk in. Cordy looked like she'd been hurt; she was limping even.

"Sorry if I'm interrupting.."

I watched her as she put the weapon back in the cabinet then walked behind the counter. Besides the emotion that had been on my face from talking with Connor, I wanted to see if she was alright.

"No, it's fine, Cordy. You alright?"

I walked over to the couch and took a seat. Letting a sigh escape from my lips, I tried to ignore the pain in my legs. But of course, It wasn't working.

"I'm fine. Atleast I will be in 10 to 20 minutes." Smiling abit, i looked over at Connor then back at Angel. "Anything good happen while we were out?"

If Connor was still here then that meant that they talked. And thats good! Talking to Connor would bring out the non-broody Angel out.

I smiled a bit at Cordy when she said she'd be alright.. in a little while anyway. I sighed and took a step towards the couch, glancing back to Connor when she asked about what's been happening.

Nodding just a little, I still looked at Connor. There had been some good in my head that'd happened. I just hoped that he felt the same way about it. We'd talked.. a lot. It had been probably the most we'd talked at one time.. ever.

"I think so.." Sighing, I looked again to Cordy. "I'm going to have to go over and talk with Buffy later." There was also the possibility of Wesley being there, but I'd leave that part out for now. "You could come.. only if you wanted to of course."

I did want her to come, especially if Wesley was going to be there. And if Connor decided to go to Sunnydale? She'd be the one who'd have to do the talking. Well, the rational talking that didn't have any yelling or potential fists flying.

I moved my legs up onto the couch then placed my hands in my lap. The pain had lessen which was good.

"Do you want me to go?" I would only go if he wanted me to go. Maybe if I went, I could talk to Wesley while Angel talked to Buffy. and when it came to Angel talking to Wesley, I had a funny feeling there would be more than words flying.

"Because I'll go if you want to me go."
