Thinking Question

My brother has been studying for his GMAT these last few days. (Yes, he's only been studying for days.... But it's just a business Masters, so I assume you can get away with just days.)  He proposed a question to the family at dinner time to get us all thinking.

Yeah, both you and Norm are wrong. Six minutes my ass.

Like you said, leopards are from Africa and deers are from North America. So, by the time they (1) decide which one of them is going to travel across an ocean; (2) get a passport picture taken; (3) actually get a passport; (4) make arrangements as to where that animal is going to stay; (5) book a plane ride (6) travel in a plane across an ocean; (7) find that exact other animal on a continent they have never been on; (8) set a mutually convenient date for the race; and (9) finally have the race.... well, I'd give it about two to three months.

Sheesh, six minutes. Riiight.

Did I mention that I graduated with a degree in English Lit?
