The Weather needs Therapy

Because it is bipolar. For the last three days, it has had rain showers, then sun. I walked to campus on Sunday, got caught, had soaking jeans, and then ten minutes later looked so strange as there was not a cloud in sight.

What's the inspection for? To make sure that there isn't a mess? lol...It is pouring here...not that I have any right to complain because of where you are, but I don't like getting wet and I don't have a raincoat. Halloween is on Friday! Any plans?
