Aaaah, the insane customers. It's the best part of retail! Having story after story of insane people. Sadly, we're had no real stand-outs in the cafe so far this year, but I did get accosted by three seperate women while attempting to take my drawer back to the cash room, wearing an apron, and clearly carrying the war wounds of the cafe with me...

Jeez, Lauren, why are you so mean to everybody? The lady just wanted a non-stink bag, and you act like she set your unicorn on fire. You know, sometimes fruitcakes with roller-suitcases need a fresh-smelling plastic bag. Is that so much to ask? I mean, really.

GOD, Charles, why are you so insensitive to my feelings? I just want to complain about my terrible retail job without being hassled by jerks who have NO IDEA what it's like to work in a bookstore. GOSH. Do you really have to be that cruel? I mean, honestly.
