How did you discover it was pee? Smell test? Sip test (please say no)? Are any of your roommates in a drug testing program? What kind of explanation could there be for refrigerating pee in someone else's cup?

The heat coming off the glass gave me a clue. However, it turns out it was not pee, but a drink my roommate made for us. Yeah.
