Heaven, Hell, Purgatory..... They all seem equally undesirable if the one I love won't come with me...........

A-And if any of those choices are like this city, I wonder if it would be b-better for everything to simply come to an end...........

Perhaps. There's no evidence that there is anything beyond death, anyway, so it's hardly important.

I usually try to argue that the City is not Hell. Too many people are here who I don't think would deserve eternal torment.
