The clue is in the clothing. This must have been filmed when he attended The Fall crew premiere on 30th Oct.

Yeah, I figured it would be some interview linked to that occasion, and it looked like a cap from a video, given the BBC logo and the clicky type thing on the left. I hadn't seen (links to) the actual video though. It did make it easier to find it myself though.
