FWIW, I thought I was totally over Annie, my ex-GF. Even to the point that before I left, I had dinner with her, and felt nothing. We ate, didn't talk much, and went our seperate ways after. A part of me actually felt bored to the point that I wanted to leave early.

Until I saw the girl that looks damn near identical to Annie working in the same department I now do. And all those memories and feelings came flooding back. And I realized, a part of me is still very much in love with her. But I do feel that things happen for a reason, regardless of how obvious it is.

You and I both had to follow our dreams, and we're doing it. Not all of it can be a good a thing, but in the end, things will work out.
